Ivanna let out a huff as she fell back on her bed. 'This can't be real. I don't even know if this is a dream or not.' She used a mental command to open her inventory and looked right at the rubber band gun. She pulled it back out of her inventory. 'At least I can't really hurt someone with this thing.' A devilish smirk spread across her lips as she thought about shooting her husband's butt with it. That'll teach him. She nodded slightly. Even if all of this was a dream and he hadn't done anything wrong. Shooting his ass with this gun wouldn't be going to far, right?

She nodded to herself again. 'Mm, his firm ass is just asking for it...' She giggled while shaking her head. She set the gun on her stomach. 'I think I'll just wait for him to come home. I shouldn't disturb him at work anyway.' She thought while looking more seriously at the screen in front of her. There were several tabs nearby. She could see the following tabs in order: character sheet, skills, journal, quest log, observed, and inventory. She felt slightly amused. 'I must have quite the imagination. I wouldn't have put this much effort into this.'

She shifted the screen to the character sheet tab. She saw a her full name, title, experience bar, what she was wearing, and a whole lot more.

She tilted her head slightly as she looked at her equipment slots. She picked up her rubber band gun and sure enough. Its picture appeared in her weapon slot. 'I wonder if I can see how many shots I have left from here too.' When this thought crossed her mind, a red exclamation flashed which she allowed to pop up.

She was surprised to see the short hand for line of sight, LoS, with her new skill. 'That's unexpected, but useful.' She glanced at the picture of her rubber band gun in her inventory and could in fact see that she had six rubber bands left out of six. She smiled before looking over her different stats, wanting to see what they all did. The following is what she saw.

Mp are Mana points, Intellect x 5 + Wisdom.

Health regen is Endurance x 1%.

Mana regen is Wisdom x 1%.

Critical strike chance is 5% + Agility x 1% + Luck x 1%, up to 50%.

Dodge chance is 5% + Agility x 1% + Luck x 1%, up to 50%.

Attack speed increase is weapon base speed - (5% + Wisdom x 1% + Agility x 1%), up to 50%.

Movement speed increase is 5% + Wisdom x 1% + Agility x 1%, up to 50%.

Aiming accuracy increase is 5% + Wisdom x 1% + Agility x 1% + Luck x 1%, up to 75%.

Experience gain is lvl of kill + Int.

Rare experience gain is lvl of kill x 1.5 + Int x 5.

Boss experience gain is lvl of kill x 2 + Int x 10.

Charisma affects social skills, seduction, persuasion, and general looks.

Libido affects desire and pleasure received. (Desire modified oppositely by Wisdom)

Luck affects chance for quality of items, money, critical strike chance, enemies miss chance, and enemies dodge chance.

She read all of that before blinking several times. 'Well, I certainly asked for that.' She let out a soft breath. 'I'm glad I read it though. It was definitely informative.' She nodded slightly while closing her eyes. "I know I fantasized about being in a video game, but this is not what I meant." She closed her eyes a moment before reopening them. She had to admit she was a little confused about the aiming accuracy increase. 'Is this above my natural aiming ability or my ability to aim at all?' She focused on that section, causing a small notification to appear.

Aiming accuracy increase is how much above 100% your ability to hit with a ranged/thrown weapon is.

This counters there ability to dodge, parry, block, and/or negate an attack from this type of weapon.

She glanced down at the gun while mentally brushing that pop up out of the way. 'I guess I'm a rubber band slinger now...' She pointed her weapon toward her foot and said. "Reach for the sky varmint or I'll shoot!" She wiggled her toe while whispering out the corner of her mouth with a reply. "Oh noes! Don't shoot. I'll be good." She chuckled. "That's what I thought." She nodded slightly before rubbing her finger over the trigger. "It's your lucky day, Femtoe Nakita."

She set her gun back down on her stomach before opening up the skills tab. The following is a list of what she saw.

(Passive) Gamer's Body: Your body is like a video game character, damage reduces your health rather than actually wounding you. (Disabled in the real world)

(Passive) Gamer's Fighting Spirit: Focus, determination, anger, and perseverance will increase your stats temporarily by a large amount. This increase varies on the situation and emotional state.

This increase is based on all current values and scales between 2 to 10 times.

(Passive) Gamer's Life: Everything can become a skill and upgraded through practice and/or proper stat modifiers.

Clean and Reorganize lvl 5

Cost: 5 Mp per use

Removes any and all dirt, grime, slime, stain, sweat, cum, and what not within a 3 ft cubed area.

Contents will be placed in your inventory in alphabetical order.

Special note: A trash bin and reorganize button have been added to your inventory. Any items and trash within the trash bin will be stored for 24 hours before deletion.

Culinary Arts lvl 3 - Channeled

(Passive) Cooking: A very simple task for you. Mana is easily infused into your food, improving its quality dramatically. Even simple cooking will bestow a buff.

Any two stats by + 20, 1.5 hour duration. Cost: 45 Mp.

Any stat by + 50, 45 minute duration. Cost: 75 Mp.

Cost is divided over channeling duration. This rate varies by creation time.

Special note: Any food made will include the standard regeneration rate of skill level times 2. Current regeneration rate is 6% per minute. Other beverages and food will provide half this amount per minute for half of the base buff's duration.

Lockpick's Die lvl 2 - Range 1 yd

Cost: 5 Mp

When cast, roll one twenty-sided die. The results will be displayed below your portrait.

Roll 1: Counts as one failed attempt and reduces the lock's/device's durability by 15%.

Roll 2 - 10: Counts as one failed attempt with the lock/device.

Roll 11 - 19: Unlocks the lock/device.

Roll 20: Unlocks the lock/device and refunds the mana cost. Increases reward within lock/device by 10% if applicable.

Special note: This works on all manner of security, including, but not limited to logins, keypads, physical locks, and electronic devices.

Ricochet lvl 1

Cost: 15 Mp

When cast, roll one twenty-sided die. The results will be displayed below your portrait.

Charges the next ability or attack to have the following bonus.

Roll 1: Fails to cause any bonus effect.

Roll 2 - 10: Causes 1 ricochet, applying 50% of the original.

Roll 11 - 19: Causes 1 ricochet, applying 100% of the original.

Roll 20: Causes 1 ricochet, applying 200% of the original and refunds the mana cost.

Ricky: "He came in for a little bit then rushed back out. That bastard forgot my bagel. Can you believe that?"

Ivanna giggled. "Yeah, he always forgets little things like that."

Ricky: "Yeah, he is. Well, tell him he still owes me a bagel."

Ivanna nodded slightly while running her free hand's fingertips over that rubber band gun. "Will do."

Ricky: "I gotta go. Have a good one. Okay?"

Ivanna: "Thanks. I will try. Don't work too hard."

Ricky chuckled. "I never do. Talk to you later, cutie."

After they hung up their phones, she lifted a brow. 'Cutie? He's never called me cutie before.' She was quite confused by what he meant by that. Was it perhaps a slip of the tongue or was there something more to it?
