What is the scenario?

option 1: Thanos is victorious in Endgame and turns all the female Avengers into fuck toys for him and his army. The men are either turned into females or cucked into submission. The women aren't entirely unwilling

option 2: Ultron succeeds in downloading himself into the android body. With the Mind Stone - and later the other stones as well - now a part of him, he gains a better understanding of the desires of humanity. As a result, he decides to exterminate (or genderbend/enslave) all men while turning all women into his devoted sex slaves and mothers of his human/machine hybrid army. He then turns his attention to the Whores of the Multiverse.
