Nefertiti's Egypt (1370 BC -1330 BC)

You step into your machine, and with a whoosh and a whir you materialize in Egypt, circa 1340 BC. You are besides what looks like a palace, and you chose the location specifically - Thebes, the capital of the (ancient) Egyptian Empire.

This is your first trip where you intend to meet with someone specific, rather than explore the period naturally and just see what happens. You got it into your head to visit Egypt, but struggled on who specifically to choose - Nefertiti or Cleopatra. In the end, you chose Nefertiti. Cleopatra was too involved with the Roman's, you decided, and that was a whole other can of worms you could explore at a later time.

This time you made an effort to look the part for the time period, wearing a loose cloth shirt and a pseudo-skirt tied around your waist. You stroll up to the entrance to the palace, slipping the gaurds a few coins and stating you have business with the queen.
