Beldan took a step back from Winlay and shook his head sadly and waved to the two nearby Templar.

"Winlay, you were a beautiful flower. I thought there was more to you than this and that we could have spent much more time together. Unfortunately I don't believe your story."

Beldan turned to the guards, making a grand gesture of being upset.

"She is a traitor for the Chevalier. She is yours to do with as you please. I suggest that you administer a few of the specialty punishments."

One of the guards saluted.

"Sir, Master Templar Valdin will be returning in a few days. This young girl would be a great gift for him."

"Jacob Valdin? Oh yes, that mean old bastard."

A wicked smile lit Beldan's fat face and he turned to look at Winlay.

"Yes, have your fun with her, then turn her over to the Master Templar. He's been on assignment in the Isles and probably could use a good bed ****. It will be his reward for finding information on that red haired vixen for us. He certainly has done more than the other Master Templars or the Seekers have."

Winlay pulled against her chains, trying desperately to make sense of all of this. A few days ago she was a faithful woman of Xelta, then she was the personal whore of the High Priest, and now she was a prisoner? How could all of this have happened?

"Please Lord Beldan! I swear I have done nothing wrong! Please believe me!"

Beldan simply shook his head again and walked out. He was on his way back to see the other prisoner, Mika. Winlay on the other hand had more serious matters to deal with as the two Templar began loosening their belts as they made their way towards her.
