Protected him

By this point, you are transfixed by Alex. You thought that this was just some over-endowed gayboy, but it turns out, there is a lot more to him than meets the eye. You stare at his chiseled face as he continues -

"As a sign of respect of old Clan Mother, the fairies took me in and hid me while the war raged outside. After almost two months of hiding, I started feeling strange, and none of the fairies' potions or magic could help. They took me to a doctor who informed them that I was pregnant. Imagine that! Pregnant by that sicko Zoran! The fairies took me to a government facility where I was kept hidden until I gave birth."

Here, Alex takes a deep breath. You can tell that he is in pain, and, despite everything, you feel like you have to comfort him. You squeeze his hand, hoping that it feels reassuring, and he continues, "I... I just couldn't keep the baby. However beautiful or perfect or wonderful he might have been..." he wipes a tear out of his eye, "... I just couldn't raise that child, knowing where he came from."

Alex pauses for some time, clearly, this took a lot out of him. Suddenly, you feel like all your fears that your village will turn you into a sex toy seem trivial, and you wait patiently for Alex's story to conclude. "After giving birth, I returned to the fairy village that had protected and given me shelter. I wanted to work for them and repay my debt. So I took the government's offer for education and training, and became a nurse to help the fairies with physical ailments that their own potions and magic may not be able to cure." There's another pause, and you feel uncomfortable, so you idly ask, which fairy village did you stay in?"

Here, Alex turns, looks straight at you and says,

"Yours."
