Shepard has an idea

“Ladies,” Shepard said. “I’m sure by now you’ve noticed the multiple naked women on this ship. Most of which were the result of various contracts. But it got me thinking and I want to establish a new code for those who serve on the Normandy. We’re all adults. And I think that given that we don’t have an imminent threat, this would be the perfect opportunity to implement this new order.”

“Shepard, what are you saying?” Miranda asked.

“From this moment forward,” Shepard said. “Every woman on this ship must be naked for at least as long as I am. Every female on this ship from top to bottom. And we will be naked at all times. Now I’m not going to force anyone to be naked, but only those that are may come on missions and get shore leave. And yes, that includes you Kasumi. Now I’m not unreasonable, you can wear hoods and hats and masks, of course. But everything else, unless it’s the holsters for your weapons or shoes, you must be naked.”

“What about the guys?” one of the crew asked.
