An Awkward Tomorrow

It wasn't until I got back home that the realization kicked in. I just had sex with an idol that I was supposed to manage. Besides that, I basically just betrayed her fans that wanted to see their favorite idols be as pure as possible. But even then, It's kinda... justified because Honoka herself seemed happy about it.

Anyway, the only thing I can do is just go through life as normally as possible.

The next day, the girls all come like usual. Some of them are writing new songs, discussing about costumes, as well as dance moves. But Honoka is strangely missing. I started to worry because Honoka isn't usually late, especially to the office.

Fortunately, my worries are gone after I saw Honoka bursting through the office doors.

"Sorry I'm late!"

Umi looked at her and sighed in relief. "You had me worried since you said you're feeling under the weather today, but it seems you got better?" She smiled before Honoka hung her jacket. "Heehee, sorry to make you worry."

"Good Morning, Masaki!"

"Morning, Honoka."

The girls went silent after hearing that we called each other by just our first names. (In case you're wondering, first name calling indicates close relationships in Japan)

"Since when did you call each other's first names?!" Rin exclaimed, surprised.

I lost my cool and tried to justify it by saying that it's Honoka's request. Honoka played along with it and said that she just wanted to call me by my first name because she wants to be more familiar with me, and it's strange that she has been calling me 'producer' this entire time. Though unlike me, Honoka did not lose her composure.

For now, the first-name case has been cleared up. Some of the girls even eat up Honoka's reasoning and started calling me 'Masaki' from that day onwards.
