Go for a minimum 3km run in tight clothing, making sure to carry drinking water and spare underwear with you, before you leave set 2 timers for 15 minutes and 16 minutes. When the first alarm goes off, you must change into your spare underwear before the 16 minute tier goes off. If you run a lot, set 2 timers for 7 and 8 minutes instead.
