Of Course it's Her

You turn around slowly, finding yourself face to face with the werewolf who bit you. She's human for the moment, but she must have been out on the hunt because she's stark naked.

"Uh hey Lilith, fancy seeing you here," you hedge.

"Ain't it just?" She smirks, shouldering past you to fish her clothes out of the chest. "I see you... filled out," she says with an appreciative eyebrow waggle. "Sowed your wild oats a bit too, didn't you?" she teases with a sidelong look to Allegra.

"Her name's seriously 'Lilith'?" Allegra mutters to you.

"Well I didn't ask for a driver's license," you hiss back.

"I've got ears, you know." Lilith chuckles, holding eye contact with Allegra as she pulls her clothes on. "No, Red here wasn't asking too many questions. Then again, I did have her mouth pretty occupied."

"I thought you said she bit you," Allegra says with a look to you.

"She did, we were just... uh... making out at the time," you say, a blush spreading.

"Should I feel jealous?"

"Good question," Lilith grins. "Should she?"

"Look, it was the first attention I'd gotten from a girl in a long time," you protest.

"Well that's..." Allegra thinks for a moment. "I guess that's fair. But we're gonna talk later."

"Ooh, you two a thing?"

You're about to respond with a definite maybe, but Allegra beats you to the punch with a confident "Yes."

"Guess we've got similar tastes," Lilith surmises. "We'll have to compare notes sometime."

"Pretty sure I know her better than you," Allegra says, curling a lip.

"Oh honey, I've got a nose too. I can tell how well you got to know her."

"Can we... not do this right now?" You plead.

"Fine," Lilith snorts, her eyes straying to the collar that's still around your neck. "You know what you're wearing?"

"Er... a collar? Look, I'm just... experimenting with this whole 'I'm literally a bitch' thing," you say defensively.

"Not just a collar. You shouldn't even be able to wear that. Most of the girls can't. That's... interesting."

"What do you mean? She just slipped it around my neck. I mean it's cool and all..."

"Honey, that's alpha stuff you've got on."

"Which means?" You quirk a brow.

"It means you're not done changing. I oughtta just take it off you. Less trouble for everyone in the long run."

It'd be sensible to just let her. You and Allegra have to go find Jenny, right? But something in you doesn't want to. That collar is yours now, and if this bitch wants to take what's yours, you're going to clean her clock. You stand up a little straighter, making eye contact and curling a lip.

"Give it a try," you say, half in a snarl.

"Oh, look who's had one night with fur and fangs and thinks she's Miss Bossy Britches," Lilith chuckles, not breaking eye contact.

"You can't push me around anymore," you assert, taking a step toward her.

"Sure I can," she says, reaching for you with both hands.

Your own arms are moving almost before you think of it, batting her away with a growl. Then just as instinctual, you swing your foot up and plant it in her gut, sending her tumbling back...

...into the hallway.

She's out in the hallway, not in whatever imagined forest is outside the 'cabin,' and it's as much a surprise to her as it is to you as she looks around unfamiliar surroundings in confusion.

"What the...?" She mumbles to herself, getting back up.

She's still Lilith. She doesn't show any signs of reverting to the performer you saw before. She sniffs at the air for a moment, which probably means she's still a werewolf too.

"Well, ain't this somethin'?"

"Lilith, we can-" You start in before she interrupts you.

"Never mind, Red. Tell you what..."

She gets a devilish grin, her body tensing.

"...we'll call it even."

With that, Lilith dashes down the hallway.
