Anger

Wait... Zatanna had designed these? The Justice League was using mind control on people. My heart sank. How could they? They betrayed the trust that everyone had in them!

When Zatanna reached forward to grab the paper, I didn't think, I just acted.

With more grace then I had probably ever shown before, I ripped off a sticker and stuck in to Zatanna's arm, all in one smooth motion.

For a moment the hallway was quiet.

Zatanna looked down, and regarded the sticker. For a moment I was worried it hadn't worked, but when she looked up, I knew I had succeeded.

The magician's eyes held the same impassiveness that Wonder Woman's had.

"I... can't remember what I was doing." She muttered, looking vaguely confused.

Seeing her blank face, with the knowledge that this had been used on civilians, something happened to me.

I was completely overcome by rage.

"I think you were about to flash me your tits, slut." I said, giving her an angry leer.

Then something unexpected happened.

Zatanna punched me.

Hard.

In the balls.

"FUCK!" I shouted, falling to my knees. My earlier anger was replaced by fear, had I miscalculated?

"Just because you're a guest here doesn't mean I'll allow you to talk to me like that." Zatanna spat, giving me a furious look.

"What the hell lady? I thought when you had one of those stickers on, it was normal to ignore whatever I said."

Zatanna blinked, and the angry look slid off her face.

"Oh, my mistake. I forgot you could say whatever you wanted to me."

I shakily stood up from the floor. My fear had now given way to confusion. Why the hell had that worked? I didn't understand how these stickers worked at all. At first, Wonder Woman had let me touch her boobs, but Zatanna wouldn't let me call her names? And now she was completely okay with it? The hell is happening?

Was it because I said normal? These were supposedly 'normal' stickers after all. Was normal the magic word in this scenario. I needed to test it.

"Zatanna, isn't it normal to apologize by kissing the other persons shoe? You did punch me for no reason after all."

This time, there was no hesitation.

Zatanna slid to her knees, before prostrating herself right in front of me.

"Of course, please forgive me for punching you." She murmured. Then, to my shock and delight, extended her head forward, and kissed the tip of my shoe.

Wow.

A/N - To be clear, the Justice League hasn't actually been using these on civilians, but our protagonist here THINKS they have. I don't want any confusion on that part, so I thought I'd clear that up.
