Linger

“Wait, Melinda, I want to see a little more.”

You walk back toward the entrance. You can’t believe how one little excursion changed your life so completely.

Across the street you see a middle aged woman struggling with two large men. Her long brown her swinging wildly as she attempts to strike them.

One of her blows finds it’s mark in the crotch of one of the men. He goes down.

You rush to help.

As you reach her, she frees an arm and smacks the other man in the nose. He releases her.

You take advantage of her distraction and chop a nerve bundle in her neck. She goes down ****.

The man with the hurt groin looks up. “Is she dead?”

“No you fool, she’s just out cold. She won’t stay out long though. Hurry up and get her to processing.”

The man struggles to get up and hauls the woman inside.

Melinda walks toward you. “Can we get going? I want to party!”

“Not yet, I want to see her processed.”

You walk back toward the exit and await the return of the woman..,
