Later, Bella was shown to where the females were. She was shocked to see there were only three and only one of them was pregnant.

Bella sighed. "Well, this is depressing."

"Tell us about it." The female named Mogak said. "But we were told of your magic and we hope it can help."

"Yeah. I bet they have been fucking you so much you nearly die from exhaustion."

The female named Shelur giggled. "Well not to say it isn't fun. But it doesn't seem worth it if we are not always guaranteed to get pregnant. Also, Ragash here is scared of birthing." She meant the pregnant female.

"Not a problem, girl." Bella then kneeled down to Ragash and held her hands to the orc's pregnant belly. "First, let's deal with the current bun in your oven." Her hands glowed as she cast her spell.

Ragash was nervous about what she was doing but then felt the warmth of the spell feel good. Her belly started expanding and soon she looked ready to give birth. Soon enough, her water broke and she started breathing heavily.

Bella held her hands out. "Alright, sweetheart. just relax and enjoy bringing a new life to the world. I always enjoy it."

Ragash was scared but then when she started to push she was surprised how it hardly hurt. The two other females were surprised as Ragash easily pushed the baby male orc out of her without any problem. "Wow! Is it this easy for you?"
