In Novigrad

It had been after the conflict of the Wild Hunt. Ciri was finally a witcher, Yennefer and Geralt were finally a somewhat stable couple. And Ciri, Ciri decided to be just a bit more independent from them. She of course would still check in, she couldn’t spend one week without talking to Yennefer, and yet she wanted to prove to herself what she already knew. So Ciri decided to settle in Novigrad despite Geralt’s protesting. “I am not going to be stuck in Kaer Morhen forever,” Ciri had told him. “I need to be on my own. See the world by my own will, not at the command of someone else.”

And so, now she had a home in Novigrad. It looked out to the harbor and emptied into the square.
