Pissed Partners In Crime

Mindy seemed to glide up the stairs while Brian rushed to keep up with her. The blonde wasn't completely sure what just snapped inside her head, but he wasn't about to try and talk her down. She shoved her way into Brian's room and all but slammed the door closed after he got in. "Okay, I'll admit, you are way hotter when you're pissed," Brian smirked, "How do you want to do this?"

"I'm not having sex with you, jackass," Mindy hissed back taking Brian by surprise, "I told you I'm waiting on Kenny, get that through your fucking thick, idiotic fucking skull, you asshole!"

"Whoa! Jesus, take it down a notch, what's up your ass all of a sudden?" Brian snapped back with a frown at the sudden attack,

"You! This is all your fucking fault!" Mindy yelled back, "I trusted you, listened to what you said, and look where that got me! Kenny and Anna are dating! Anna is blowing Kenny all over the place, and the bitch even fucked him! Everything we were supposed to stop happened! You lied, you have no fucking clue what you're doing!"

Brian's hands shot out and grabbing Mindy, holding her still, "Calm down, you freaking out isn't going to help anything. I always knew those two were going to hook up, you just didn't want to accept that fact. I'll admit, them dating was a surprise but it doesn't matter, that's nothing, that's a little feel good moment they are trying to live," Brian scoffed, "I have been handling this, I've been pulling strings all fucking day to get this problem handled,"

"Oh like taking fucking pictures with me? The only person you've annoyed is JJ, and you know what, maybe he is right. Maybe all you are is an asshole who is trying to get into my pants by pretending to help me!" Mindy fired back, shaking out of his grip,

"Oh for fuck sakes, here! Here, just fucking look before you blow your fucking head clean off your body," Brian muttered out, grumbling under his breath as he pulled out his phone, "Here, look, see. I wasn't lying to you," Brian snapped while turning the phone to Mindy, showing her the photo of them just as they returned to the lodge earlier today,

"Okay? So you posted a picture of us," Mindy shrugged, "What does that do? Anything?" She sarcastically replied,

"Yeah it does," Brian slyly smiled back, "See?" He flipped to all the messages and comments on the picture causing Mindy to raise an eyebrow, "Sure a lot of them are just people saying we look cute, blah, blah, blah, but I pulled in the two fish I needed,"

"You're losing me completely, what are you talking about?" Mindy asked back, slowly calming and turning curious,

"Like clockwork, Rachel saw I was at our lodge and messaged me. She hates seeing me having fun in general, but me here with you? She protects you and Kenny like you're her kids. Of course my sister demanded for me to make room because she was coming up tomorrow," Brian explained as he pulled up the text between him and his sister as proof,

"So Rachel is going to come up with a few friends?" Mindy asked, "And that is good because..."

"You and I both know Kenny drools over her like a puppy," Brian snickered, "Rachel suddenly showing up, its gonna throw him off his game. He's gonna get weird and Anna's definitely gonna see him gawking. Not a good thing for an insecure girl like Anna," The blonde pointed out,

"So what, she may get upset but Kenny would never cheat on her. He's not that kind of person, even if she gets mad at him, he'd never step out and would fight to keep Anna with him," Mindy wholeheartedly replied, not losing sight for a moment on the character of her friend,

"Yeah, I figured as much, but that's just to start the wedge," Brian smoothly explained, "The second, more important part of this story is my second catch. Eric Roosevelt,"

"Eric?" Mindy asked back in bewilderment,

"He saw the photo, made a comment, so i reached out, acting all friendly. I told him about my sister coming up tomorrow and figured, hey maybe we should make it into a party," Brian continued with a devious smile, "I started messaging a few friends from town, inviting them over while Eric "thought" it over, but once I let him know who was here. His dearly missed ex-girlfriend, he was all for coming over. Now you can't tell me that Eric and Anna being put back in a room together after such a terrible break up won't spark some old feelings,"

Mindy blinked a few times, "But...she's with Kenny now, Anna wouldn't..."

"Maybe she wouldn't, maybe she would. We all knew that Anna was in love with Eric and only broke things off due to distance. Add the fact they lost their virginity together and who knows, things might get real cozy in this lodge when he gets here. Or, the more likely answer, Kenny is going to get jealous, and say the wrong thing to Anna by mistake or on purpose. Add in Anna's irritation from his reaction to my sister and those two will be ripe for our picking Mindy,"

"That's...kinda genius," Mindy whispered under her breath, "But, that means I'd have to...actively steal Kenny for myself,"

"Yeah, I told you, you needed to get involved and prepared to be aggressive. When Kenny's at his lowest you need to come in. You need to put in that charm, show him what comfort you can offer. And if you'd just entertain the thought, if we fucked, you'd be able to really shock him in bed, better than Anna ever could,"

Mindy let out a small sigh, the plan was good, she couldn't lie. Brian definitely had this better handled then she thought but the idea of hooking up with him just for practice still bothered her. He was hot, she liked the way he was groping her, but at the end of the day he would never be Kenny.

"Just, give me a few to think, I need to get some air and clear my head, alright?" Mindy murmured back, "Sorry for freaking out,"

"Its all good, we're still in this together partner," Brian smiled back with a friendly tone, "Take the time you need, I'll be here," Mindy silently nodded and turned around, heading back into the hallway alone.
