Chaos forever

Gary spends the next few hours avoiding the windows and just sitting with a book. He seems to finish his book sooner then expected and he figures some TV won't hurt. Turning on the TV, the news pops up of a recent robbery. A reporter is interviewing someone at the scene live. The bracelet shoots both beams of light at the screen. Gary watches as both the reporter and woman being interviewed swap cup sizes. "Random and not always me. Guess that grocery shopping won't be the end of everything." he says getting up. Getting dressed in some cargo pants and a hoodie, he heads to the local store.

Gary does his best not to focus on anyone for too long as he shops. Quickly getting everything in the basket, he heads to the check out. The girl behind the counter scans everything and once he is handed the receipt, he watches the beams shoot out and catch their hands. He stuff the receipt into his pocket and leaves the store. Once in his car he tries the button again but nothing. "Right. 24 hours." he mutters and looks at his hands. His hands themselves haven't changed but his nails did. They are now long, rounded manicured with a purple polish. "Eh not the worst." he says to himself before driving home.

While bringing his groceries in, Gary sees a neighbor at the end of the street getting ready for a run. Realizing he focused for too long, he curses as the beams shoot out again. The cooler air outside suddenly hits his stomach a lot more. He had swapped sweatshirts with the neighbor. She originally had a half hoodie on for some extra warmth over her thermals. Still cursing to himself he waves to her before entering his house. Gary takes off the hoodie and hangs it up. He checks and sees its only the one hoodie. With a sigh of relief he sits down and tries to remove the bracelet, or at least make it not randomized.
