Mr Cavalli

Moving closer you have your hand under your jacket as before you left you kind of broke a law, you got out your fathers shoulder holster and put your .45 in it as well as some spare clips and you do not own a concealed carry permit. Looking over the hood you see Mr Cavalli laying on the ground next to his car with a nasty head wound and a broken arm at least. Letting go of the gun you pull out your phone and call 9-1-1 to report what has happened and go over to see how he is. Sensing you Mr Cavalli manage to open and eye and recognising you manages to speak a few words " the guy from earlier, naked, chasing Rachael help her". The operator asks what your emergency is, " I need an ambulance and the police a man has been attacked by a naked crazy man according to him and the crazy man is chasing his wife somewhere close by we are in the parking lot of Wests Camping and Hunting".

Listening the operator tells you to stay where you are and help is on the way and not to approach the naked man if you see him, unable to help yourself you say if you see him he is going to get shot at, as you are not taking any chances with a freak again and the operator finally asks your name. Informing them of what happened earlier you are looking round trying to see where Mrs Cavalli ran off to and why she did not try and get back to the store but listening to the ramblings of Mr Cavalli it looks like he took one blow to end up like this before the freak went after Mrs Cavalli.

The operator is talking to you try to get you to remain calm and now wants you to get to a safe place as someone else is telling them what to say in the back ground when you hear a scream. Even the operator heard it and asks what is going on, saying you have no idea just that a scream rang out you hear what sounds like a full auto rifle going off and ask if the deputies have arrived only to be told they are still a few minutes out. " Well look like someone beat you to it as someone just let off an AR at something or someone".

At that moment Mrs Cavalli comes running round the corner from behind Wests Camping and Hunting in a very dishevelled state and seeing you she runs to you like all hell is chasing her, informing the person on the other end of the phone you are about to ask Mrs Cavalli what happened when you see her clothing is all torn up and you can see her breasts and bra through what is left of her blouse, she has no shoes on and one arm of her jacket is just gone ripped away by what can only be the freak. Then to make things even better the guy from earlier who is now butt naked and just like Mr Scoot one very angry horney man comes round the corner following in Mrs Cavalli's path. Pulling out the handgun you are about to shoot him when you spot he has two holes in him and guess who ever fired those shoots landed some hits but not enough.

Informing the operator what is happening you say if he comes closer you will open fire on the freak, the operator begs you to not do anything stupid. " Like what the guy has two bullet holes in him and he is looking me over like I am a, oh for fucks sake he is getting ready to charge". Not wanting to shoot another person again if you can help it, you can her the sirens getting closer so do what you think is something stupid, picking up a ammo carrier that had spilled to the ground and throw it at the freak with everything you have.

Landing it dead on his face the freak goes down and grab another one and run at him swinging it as hard as you can before he recovers, two blows and the freak is once again on the floor and by now a police cruiser has skidded to a halt and two deputies are running to help you. A few minutes later what seems like the whole **** has shown up and this time it is to find a naked freak on the ground with three people sitting on him while been cuffed and zipped tied up the ying yang. The Sheriff takes one look at you and the freak and shakes her head before walking over. " Frankie I said call for help next time not hog tie him", laughing in a not funny way you point out he was weak from someone else having put two bullets in him and then things click the full auto where Mrs Cavalli came from and you get up and start to jog round to the back of Wests, following behind you the Sheriff and two deputies follow you and you find what you had hopped not to find.

Mrs Cavalli must have gotten Mr West to open the loading bay door or just gotten lucky as he was opening it for you and him been him grabbed his rifle and tried to get a shot off before the freak got to him. Unlike Mr Cavalli Mr West looks like he has been beaten to a pulp by the freak and you want nothing more then to go back and blow the fuckers brains out all over the place. Calling it in the Sheriff says she is sorry but asks you to leave as they will have to check a few things out even if it is clear what happened, you say ok and point out Mrs Cavalli should know what happened as she came from this way after you heard the shoots.

Unlike last time things take a lot longer to be dealt with as this time you have to give a full statement even though you did not shoot the guy. Finding it funny in the end how long it is taking compared to the last time the deputy taking your statement says it is more because of the attack on Mr Cavalli and the **** of Mr West due to the freak attack then anything you did, as paper work is been waved for people who are killed and can be proven to be infected but the other way round its red tape city still.

In the end Mr and Mrs Cavalli go off to the medical centre in an ambulance and Mr Cavalli is just able to say thank you before they cart him off. The freak is taken away by the moon suits and you are informed that someone will be over to check on you in the next few days, they then speak to the Sheriff who informs you she will be the one sending someone to look up on you as you have now had two close calls with an infected person. After that she lets you go, getting into your SUV you head on home sad at the passing of Mr West and can only think how much worse is it going to get, another freak in such a short space of time would be really bad but you had heard he was an out of state person and had to have been running from the you know what, so he is an outlier.
