What do you change about yourself?

Let's face it. You're a nerdy guy in your late thirties. Though you're surprisingly not a virgin, you aren't in a relationship right now. It's been a few years since your last one night stand, and you've let yourself go a little. Unsatisfied with this and suddenly motivated to improve yourself, you set to righting this 'wrong' immediately. You pick up the pencil once more and go to write yourself into an Adonis, but stop short. You're not particularly vain (or so you tell yourself) and you do have actual concerns about being too attractive and bringing too much attention your way. Thinking through the wording of the change, you eventually come to something you're happy with and quickly write it down.

New Rule: The Owner of the notebook is always physically at the age of twenty-five, of ideal weight, moderately above average strength, and moderately above average on looks. Despite any change in appearance from this rule, the Owner is still recognizable and the old appearance of the Owner is completely forgotten by others.

You finish writing the New Rule and set your pencil down. After a moment, you realize that the change you were expecting to feel had already occurred, and you didn't even notice it. Examining yourself, you find your body is fairly well toned, but not overly muscular. Going into the bathroom and looking at the mirror, you find that although you do look better now, your face hasn't actually changed too much. You look like a good looking sibling of your former self. Your hair has also changed slightly in quality, looking nicer. You feel satisfied with your new look.

You return to your table in the cafe and sit back down in your seat, considering where you should really start with your new rules for the world.
