A Kobold Scholar with no combat abilities.

When a kobold has no skill with fighting, worthless at archery, no real magical powers or even no real sneakiness will they normally be killed or exiled from the tribe. But this one Kobold survived through it by showing himself to be one of the smartest of kobolds, he makes himself useful with his intelligence and knowledge to help the tribe in anyway he can outside of combat.

Such a kobold would normally have no real social standing in any Kobold tribe, but in this case it is no tribe, but a Kobold Kingdom, created from a union of tribes lead by a leader who have united them and is still attempting to expand further. Thus letting the kobolds develop something beyond their regular primitive ways, they were developing, a culture, a country, a land of their own. And this young scholar would find himself, driven beyond what regular kobolds will face and attempt to overcome the odds with his wits, intelligence, knowledge and cunning alone.
