"Ahhhhh SHIT!" Amy exclaimed as the familiar light burst out and hit her dead in the eye. The ray gun had come to life and currently had its display screen blinking.

"Are you ok! Let me look at it." Brendan said dropping his fork and coming to her side. She slowly withdrew her had and he saw her bloodshot watering eye. It seemed to be fine outside of that except for one distinct change. It was green.

"What? What's wrong with it?" Amy questioned worriedly.

"It's ok. I thhhhink. It looks fine itsss juthhh. Your eye is green now.... like thhhe same color as the light."

"WHAT!" Amy exclaimed as she rushed to the bathroom with Brendan following behind. She examined the eye herself and the both noticed that while that eye had turned green her other eye remained blue. "Your eyes didn't change color before you started putting on clothes right?"

"No I stayed the ssame." Brendan afirmed.

"Do you think I ended up with the same ability you had?"

"Only one way to find out" Brendan replied. Amy quickly surveyed the bathroom and grabbed a shirt from the dirty bin Brendan had worn previously. Replacing her own Brendan watched hoping to see a change that could signal the chance to return him to normal.
