The Clock Ticks

Doom wakes up the next morning and enters the courtyard. He calls the followers to him and notices there's a new woman here. No one else seems bothered by her presence, so he assumes she's supposed to be here, "my loyal followers, I wanted to thank you and congratulate you on all you've done so far. It occurs to me I have not gotten to know some of you yet, so I was hoping I could learn a bit more about my troops. I saw some of you during the battle, you were quite impressive. Today we will also have to plan our next move," he explains.

There's a few nods of agreement from the assembled group and he continues, "So... then I suppose we should all introduce ourselves, I am of course, Doom, your new master, champion of the Black Night," he announces and then points to the new woman he had not seen before, "you are?" he asks.

The woman steps forward and bows low. She has tan skin like the others, but otherwise looks very different. Her hair is blond and she has light blue eyes. She's also wearing a long sleeve white shirt under a black blazer and a pleated white skirt with knee high socks underneath, "Your majesty, I am Espia Lanoche though currently I go by the name Ida murray. I serve the Black Night, but it is my job to pretend to serve the light," she introduces herself.

"Ah, you are the spy I was informed of, good. I may have more work for you in the future. You did very well getting us the information we needed to take this stronghold" he congratulates her and she straightens up, placing a hand on her small chest.

"Your appreciation humbles me, sir" she states and then steps back. Doom points to another, the petite girl. She steps forward.

She has white hair, brown eyes and wears a tattered grey hooded cape. Underneath she wears a simple pair of shorts, a tight t-shirt and she has a belt around her waist with multiple daggers in it. She is barefoot and she drops to one knee, "I am Cara Lanoche. I am the blade that silences the Dark's enemies," she whispers as her introduction. Despite her petite stature she has an intensity that is actually enough to disturb Doom, he's not sure she could hurt him even if she wanted too, but he's still a little alarmed by her, especially as she lifts her head and looks him directly in the eyes as she says the word enemies. He convinces himself that it is likely just a coincidence. Still he decides he's going to keep an eye on her going forward. He thanks her for her service and she stands, her breasts are actually surprisingly large and he half expects them to bounce as she stands, but her tight shirt and an even tighter restrictive bra underneath keeps them firmly in place. The next woman Doom points out is the club wielding woman.

She steps forward dragging the large club along the ground until she stops in front of him. She has ear length dark red hair with short bangs showing off her forehead, which is marked with a tattoo of a second pair of dragon like eyes directly above her actual eyes. The tattooed eyes are yellow with serpent like pupils and her actual eyes are green with normal pupils. Under each eye there are more tattoos like a pair of claws extending down from beneath each eye. Her lips are painted black and Doom feels a shiver down his spine as they part just slightly showing him her light pink tongue as it passes just behind her lips. From the neck down she's wearing basically no clothing, only a simple pair of steel gauntlets and a pair of leather knee high boots with four buckles each one adorned with an onyx gemstone. Her large breasts are uncovered, but a simple sling of leather hangs from around her neck and cradles the underside of both breasts offering some amount of support. Her nipples are a light brown colour and each one was pierced. A strange piercing shaped like a dragon's face pointed outward, the mouth open and positioned so the nipples are contained within the mouth of the dragon. Her pelvis is entirely uncovered leaving her light brown labia fully on display, her body completely hairless from the head down.

Doom makes no attempt to hide his examination of her body and as his eyes return to hers she smiles at him mischievously and her tongue slides over her upper lip, "see something you like, Master Doom?" she asks and he leans forward, bringing his face close to hers.

"I see a lot I like," he responds and she grins.

"My name is Kasi Lanoche. I used to actually be part of the same tribe as Ursa, but years back members of our tribe split off to serve a much greater animus than the Bear Spirit we once worshiped. Eventually they were all absorbed into The Golden Horde under the rule of Alkadabuki, but I and my fellows served the dark. Most of my tribe are scattered now after the light's victories. I absolutely enjoyed watching you destroy Ursa and if you promise you intend to destroy the rest of the Golden Horde and **** Alkadabuki to her knees I will follow you anywhere," she introduces herself.

"I definitely like you and don't you worry, if you stick with me I'll give you Alkadabuki herself, once I'm done with her of course," Doom answers and she smiles and steps back into line.

The last one to step forward is the woman with the auto loading handbow. She's wearing a pair of red tights and an outfit very reminiscent of a hoodie with the hood down. Her hair is dark brown and in a high ponytail. Her hands are in her hoodie pockets and her handbow is hanging from her hip, her knife kept in a sheath on her other hip. She has a somewhat unnervingly modern air to her that didn't seem to fit in this world. The right sleeve of the hoodie is cut off and instead there's multiple attachments attached by bands to her right arm that seem to serve as the functioning aspects of the autoloading mechanism. She looks up at Doom with grey eyes, "my name is Gitta Lanoche..." she states idly and then kicks her foot against the floor awkwardly, bringing unintended attention to the fact she seems to be wearing running shoes as well.

Doom stares in stunned confusion at this girl who almost looks like she could have been hanging out at the mall in the world he came from. She seems to become noticeably more uncomfortable by the second as he stares at her and then she speaks, "Um... C... Can I go now?" she asks and Doom hesitates, but then nods and she steps back into line.

Espia speaks up, "Master Doom, I did come with an important message actually. I believe it is important that we begin planning for the future, primarily because there is a time limit upon us," she explains.

"What do you mean?" he asks and she continues.

"With the city taken by our forces all normal city activities have stopped, especially travel to and from the city. Which is just as well, we wouldn't want someone to inform the capital of what has happened here. However, this has only delayed that issue. The cities further into Alms Amour will be expecting occasional contact from the city and if contact stops entirely they will eventually grow suspicious. There are a few things we could do to extend this period, but one way or another eventually we will have to make a decision. There is no chance we will survive the full brunt of the nation's capital army against this stronghold, especially since the stronghold is only designed to defend against attacks from the desert, not attacks coming in from the direction of the capital," she explains.

"I see... so what you're saying is that we need to figure out something before the capital learns about what happened and comes to crush us?" Doom confirms and she nods.

"Alright then. I need some maps and as much info as you can give me about Alms Amour. It seems we don't have the time to celebrate our victory much longer, we need to plan our next attack,"
