Astute observation

Mike looks at Damon curiously, but receives only a head shake in return. “I’ll explain in a moment, but I think I understand more about your changes now, Mike.”

After that curious statement, he leads Mike back to the meeting room, where Alicia, Kyrie, and Liam are already waiting. Mike sits, as Damon s flips through some notes. Finally, he nods, seemingly satisfied.

“So, as you might have expected, that was a very interesting interview. However, the really interesting part wasn’t what was said. As you all know, close contact with Mike has a small effect on how people feel about him.”

Kyrie laughs. “He makes people want to rip his clothes off and mount him!”

Alicia and Liam giggle, and Damon shakes his head. “Not exactly, but his presence has always improved other’s opinion of him. For the most part.”

Alicia smiles, putting a hand on Mike’s. “To be fair, he’s a likable guy!”

Damon nods. “I agree. However, I felt that there was more to it, so I’ve been monitoring his interactions with others.”

Mike looks at Damon curiously. “You have? Since when?”

Damon smiles. “Ever since we noticed the effect. I couldn’t just let it go unchecked, you understand. I have enough data now, especially after the last day or so. Before you ask, yes, I monitored some things during your outing last night as well. Alicia was nice enough to agree to carry a sensor with her.”

Alicia smiles at Mike. “Don’t worry, it didn’t follow us to bed.”

Damon sighs. “No, I’m getting plenty of updates on that front. Regardless of how the data was collected, however, I now have enough for me to come to some conclusions.”

Everyone listens intently as Damon continues. “First of all, I don’t think that we are being further affected. There seems to be a limit to how much change can happen, and all of us are beyond that simply from becoming friends, or more.”

Mike chuckles. “I’m glad to hear that. I’d hate to think that I was forcing you all to like me.”

Liam giggles. “We’re all just very…friendly!”

Damon rolls his eyes. “Indeed. The next thing is probably the most important. It seems that both the strength of the effects, and the speed of the change in opinion, are determined by the subject’s sexual attraction towards you.”

Kyrie blinks, then laughs. “So, the hornier they are for Mike, the faster they begin to like him!”

Mike looks at Damon. “That explains the sudden change during the interview! She must have been extremely attracted to me…”

Damon nods. “I would say so. More so than anyone I’ve monitored thus far.”

Alicia nudges Mike. “Sounds like there should be a follow up interview! Get that sexy milf back in here…”

Mike laughs. “I knew you three would be watching.”

Liam nods. “Gotta keep our eyes on you, after all. It’s our job to observe you closely!”

Kyrie grins. “Exactly! I’m a scientist, now take your clothes off.”

Everyone laughs, even Damon. Mike shakes his head. “Well, I’m glad to help with any ‘observations’ you may need. But I think I might be spoken for, for tonight at least.”

Alicia smiles. “That’s right, Donna is paying a special visit, isn’t she. Maybe I can give her some tips…”
