Campus tour, then to the dining hall

After about an hour and a half of wandering through the university premises looking for your classrooms, you two finally decide to go back to the dining hall.

"The university isn't big, but it's so confusing", you exclaim as you sit down at one of the dinner table. "How did you even manage to memorize all the corridors and hallways in just a few days, it all looks the same to me!"

"Guess I'm good with directions", Gabrielle says with a proud smile. "Anyway, I still don't know what program you're in."

Time flies by as you both learn more about each other. You learn that Gabrielle was born in South Korea but moved to the US at the age of 11, and that she is a nursing student.

By the time you're done, it is already 8pm, so the two of you decide to go back to your dorm.

"So, wanna meet up tomorrow after classes for dinner again?", Gabrielle asks you just before you part ways.

"Sure, I'll text you when I go."

"Okay, see you then."

"Good night."

As the elevator door closes behind your friend, you remember that you will probably meet your room mate for the first time very soon.

"Hopefully we get along well", you think as you reach your floor.
