A world where women are to be impregnated

One of your favorite genres has always been post-apocalypse. With this thinking in mind you decide to write off a couple of rules to make the best world possible.

"Old Rule: Anything written in the Rulebook cannot directly harm the Owner."
"New Rule: A devastating Plague has wiped out 99% of the female population worldwide. In order to save humanity, all men are allowed to forcibly impregnate any woman who is not noticeably pregnant."

Immediately after writing that rule, the cafe shifts to a different scene. All of the waitresses and female baristas have turned into men and looking around the coffee shop, you notice that you and another woman in the corner are the only women here. The woman in the corner looked to be 8 months pregnant already. Looking down, you notice that this rulebook kept yourself the same as you were, which means that soon, someone will notice and pump that child into you that you so desperately crave.
