Misha and Sally take a moment to scan their surroundings. Despite what Misha had said of the city, there was a great deal of non-thals in the crowd. In the medley, there were every sort of beast you could imagine, spliced with any other kind of monster. A giant were-rabbit walked by holding hands with a pink haired cat-boy.

"Uh, Misha, didn't you say that only cat people lived here?"

Misha responded in a hushed tone.

"Actually, you're the only one here who isn't a thal."

"Are we seeing the same thing?"

"No, listen. During the week of Navan Zahr, people use illusion magic to pretend to be other creatures. It's like Halloween."

Misha pulled her into a dark alley, out of sight for the festive crowd.

"And you didn't mention this before because?"

In the shadows, a young voice piped up.

"Probably because some omnipotent god controlling our lives got impatient and had me teleport you guys here so he didn't have to write about you guys sneaking in, and thus had to come up with an excuse as to why you weren't immediately arrested, and decided to use an upcoming holiday as inspiration. Or maybe Misha here just forgot, who knows?"

Misha and Sally nearly leapt out of their skins.

"Tammy! Don't just sneak up on people like that! What are you even talking about?!"

"On second though, nevermind, just me being silly."

That's what I thought.

"Maybe a warning next time you teleport us somewhere?"

"We'll see. Anyway, I just need to give you this."

She handed Misha a scroll of paper. Unfurling it, it was a map of the castle, specifically the prison inside of it. In one of the cells was a simply drawn stick figure with crude long hair and an even more crude cock and set of balls between her legs. And just incase that was too subtle, there was an arrow connecting the stick figure to the words "Stephanie is in this cell."

"Wow, very subtle."

Tammy just shrugged and vanished.

"Wow, are all the gods like this?"

Misha gave a small laugh.

"Probably."
