Doctor gossip

As Dr Winston began performing the surgery, the other nurses watched along even those who weren't involved were looking through an observational glass as they whispered amongst themselves. "Why would a girl her size want to remove even more of her breasts?" one nurse inquired. "It makes no sense to me."

"Now, Miranda. We don't want to spread any gossip around," Dr Winston said. "We must respect the patient and their decision. Although, I must admit, this is a very unusual request. Usually patients might ask me to remove all of the breast tissue either so that they may have a male passing chest otherwise called top surgery, or because they for whatever other reason don't want the pressures of having boobs. I have never had a patient request to remove most but not all of the breast tissue before, but if that's what Lauren wants, then that's what I'll do. I have no reason to question the logic behind it."

"She'll look like a little girl after she's done though," another nurse commented. "I mean other than that big waist there'll be nothing to show for her maturity."

Dr Winston smiled in amusement. "Right you are, Karen, but again we can't judge her for what she wants. Let's just make sure we do this right. When I'm done, there should only be just enough to show just a little bit of breast think of it like a small ant hill. We must be precise, and we have no room for error."

The nurses giggled. "How odd. I wonder why a girl like her would want such a surgery."

"Now after this, she won't be able to drive home because of the sedative," Dr Winston said. "I believe her mom is supposed to be picking her up after this. She also won't be able to put her clothes back on as her chest will probably be too sensitive."

"Surely she can't leave naked though," Karen said.

"Her mom said she'd be providing something appropriate for her to wear, so I trust she knows what she's doing. Alright let's get this finished now. We're almost done," Dr Winston said.
