She entered into the room and looked to you. "I'll be blunt. I don't plan on marrying anyone the day I meet them, but I do think you are worth sitting down with and courting with. I just feel like there is more to this scoundrel side of you."

"Had to see how you'd react to me calling your negatives. I've honestly been liking what I've seen so far. You're tempting, Denu. You truly are."

You struggled to figure her out, but you began to feel different around her. How she looked at you changed. "Plenty of practice. Audacity has its merits."

She would put her arms around your neck and smile. "I'd agree completely. It makes a man like you all that much more fun to break in."
