Meeting up with Abigail Summers

Overture looked into various attacks carried out by orcs within Camelot. Jude decided to set up negotiations with Abigail. It was decided that 2B and Towa could stay at the hideout due to 2B still being convinced she was 2B from Nier: Automata and Towa having never been in a fight where she wasn't being controlled.

Marcia also had to stay back to avoid sunlight. Thomas also wasn't much of a combatant so he was out. This left Katrina, Natsu and Jude alone to handle the negotiation. They met with Abigail Summers. The three met in a temple.

Abigail was sat holding an umbrella.

Kat could see her resemblance to Natsu. There were several orcs nearby.

"Hi" said Kat.

"So you wanted to meet us here" said Natsu.

"Yes, its not too late to join me and do something that matters" said Abby.

"Something that matters?" asked Kat.

"The orcs are oppressed by your queen"

"Oh god, this again" said Natsu.

"How are the orcs oppressed?" asked Kat.

"The queen oppresses them" said Abby, "the orcs were slaves a century ago"

"But they're not slaves now?"

"Thats not the point"

"Meanwhile, I was the **** of Princess Matilda"

"Orcs have had it a lot worse than cat girls and slime girls"

"You've still not explained how"

"Enough, it is clear you are simply racist against orcs" said Abby, "go chase a light"

Abby summoned a beam of light from her finger and pointed it at the floor. Kat was compelled to chase the light which Abby kept moving.

"Its pointless arguing with Abby on this" said Natsu, "my sister has some kinda saviour complex"

"It was the Walker bloodline responsible for their enslavement"

"Thats not 100% true" said Jude, "a lot of kingdoms enslaved them and it was the Walker family that ended their enslavement. Meanwhile, there are many others who-"

"But what about reparations?" asked Abby.

"That is ridiculous, not a single orc alive today has suffered from this. And you know what else? It was the orcs who sold those slaves in the first place, orcs who have enslaved humans in their own nations and orcs who still practice slavery of both humans and other orcs in their own nations"

"No, that isn't true!"

Abby furiously pointed her light at the wall, causing Kat to crash into it.

"Sister, your attempts at 'reform' have consisted of nothing more than mindless ****" said Natsu, "you can't even say you champion the orcs as many people killed in your raids on the kingdom include orcs themselves"

"They were not true orcs" Abby defended.

Kat was still trying to catch the light.

"Come, cat girl" said Abby, "I can recognise that my father and sister are too ignorant but you-"

"I have no idea what the situation is" said Kat, "but Overture are my family and I won't betray them for some cause I don't even understand. Also, how do I catch the light?"

"Then you are truly lost. Anyway, the reason I brought you three here was to keep you busy while I stormed the castle"

Suddenly Abby disappeared.

"How did she-?" asked Kat.

"Its an illusion the real Abigail created" said Jude, "Natsu has the power of darkness, Abby has the power of light. She can create illusions by bending light"

"I do not understand how that works"

The orcs attacked Kat, Natsu and Jude. Jude took out his sword while Natsu produced a sword of darkness.

Kat readied her cat claws. Natsu swiped her sword, sending a wave of darkness, cutting several orcs in half.

Kat attempted to get in close to an orc but his sword swings prevented this. However, while the orc was distracted by Kat, Jude got behind him and stabbed him with his own sword.

"We have to go after Abby" he said.

Kat, Natsu and Jude ran out the temple.
