"Why am I here?" Shauna asked. "I know boys like to go shopping to feel better by why drag me along?"

"I want your honest opinion." Patty said. "And I don't want Billy to see me."

"Gal, you're really holding onto that 'don't see the groom's dress before the wedding' nonsense?"

"Yes I am." He said with a smirk as he pulled her into the groomswear store.

"You know... a few months ago, I couldn't even picture you in a skirt..." She said, shaking her head... "Now you're buying a wedding dress."

The clerk came over to them.

"Mr. Wiley?" he asked.

"Yes, that's me. This is my best woman, Shauna."

"Wow, best woman? How does your wife feel about this?" The man asked.

"Oh, I'm gay. My boyfriend is shopping at a different store right now with some of his friends." Patty told him.

"Oh... Well... Oh..."

"Problem?"

"No... I've just... never..."

"Been around a gay man?" Patty asked.

"To be honest, yes. small town and all that..." The man said. "Come this way, please, I think I have just the thing in your size."

The man led him back into the racks and pulled a dress out.

"Holy crap, it's perfect." Patty said.
