Robert concluded that it probably wasn't a good idea to restart time right at that moment so he decided to walk home, besides, the rain appeared to have "stopped" so it would be perfectly fine to walk home. Giving his now Ex-Travelling Companions the bird, he hopped the barrier and walked the twenty minutes back to his apartment on Park Lane.

Once inside his apartment, he was faced with the task of restarting time; taking into account asking Rawlings to stop had made everything stop, it stood to reason the way to get everything going was to ask for things to start again so he took a breath and closed his eyes "Start."

Back at Jefferson Avenue, the result was instantaneous; Rawlings resumed speaking but was cut short as she realised something was in her mouth. Both the Jock and the Vendor picked themselves up off the ground, confused, as they had no recollection of falling over and the rest of the Students suddenly cried out in pain as the effects of the wedgies took hold. In all the resulting chaos, it was not until Rawling's backup arrived before anyone noticed Robert was no longer present.

Despite not seeing it, Robert was pretty satisfied that time at Jefferson had resumed and decided to get some sleep. Kicking off his shoes, he jumped into bed and was asleep before his head even hit the pillow.
