All wrapped up

The next day, Samuel leads you to where you’re supposed to be meeting with the members of the resistance. It’s not far, and it’s simply a slightly larger building that looks like it was once an small shop.

Once inside, you find that your group is one of the first to arrive. The only other person there so far has their back to you as you come on, so all you can see is short black hair and an unbuttoned shirt hanging loosely off their shoulders. From their stature, you would guess this is a woman, and their blue-grey skin means they are some form of undead, which isn’t surprising.

As your group approaches, Iris smiles and speaks. “Becca! How did I know you would be the first one here…”

The woman, apparently Becca, turns around, and you’re surprised to see that the shirt is all she is wearing, other than some wraps of cloth that barely keep her decent.

She has red eyes that seem to have their own glow, and her barely covered body is slender and lithe. She looks at Iris, about to speak, when she sees you and your girls. Her eye go wide, and she pulls her shirt around her in a nervous gesture.

Looking back to Iris, she stammers. “I-is that…is h-he really…?”

Iris laughs. “Yes, Becca, this is Josh. It’s ok, I’m sure he doesn’t mind looking at you. Josh, this is Becca. She’s a mummy, and as I told you before, she has a bit of a crush on you.”

Becca gasps. “Iris! Why would you…”

She pauses when she sees you smile, and notices that Maya is giggling beside you. Sadie, irrepressible as always, bounces over to the flustered mummy girl. “Hi! I’m Sadie, one of Joshie’s family. You’re cute! I bet you’d have a lot of fun with us!”

You chuckle. “Sadie, I think you’re coming on a little strong. Not that you’re wrong, but that’s not why we’re here today.”

Sadie pouts at you. “Aww, but look at her!”

Uzume laughs. “Just because you want us to sleep with every cute girl, you addict!”

Sadie giggles and shrugs. You roll your eyes and walk up to Becca, offering your hand to shake. She shakes your hand, and murmurs a greeting. You smile. “Sadie is right, you’re adorable. Maybe after we’re finished here we can meet up.”

Becca’s eyes go wide. “I-I…yes, I w-would like that…”

You smile, stepping back as more people come into the room, led by Samuel. Maya nudges you, grinning. “Smooth. Gonna get some mummy booty, my Josh?”

You chuckle. “If she’s interested, sure. For now we have more important things to do than that.”

Maya nods. “Sure. But Sadie has a point too, she’s cute!”

You laugh. “She is. Now, it looks like everyone is arriving.”

You look around, an odd mix of undead and a few humans and monsters are filling the room, talking quietly amongst themselves. A lot of interested glances are thrown your way. Iris smiles. “I guess the time for flirting is over”

You smile. “For now. Let’s get this started, shall we?”
