Restore Jessica and go on the run with her

As much as you don't want to drag Jessica into this life on the run with you, you know that if you just returned her to her life, it's likely that those organisation imposters would just impersonate her. They would live her life, wearing her skin like a cheap suit until you returned. It's unlikely that it would last long but the thought of some stranger wearing your girlfriend just gave you the shivers. You already had to live through Elena, then in the guide of Jimmy, parade around in Jessica all day. There's no way you'd let something like that happen again. You just have to restore her.

The parking lot is not the right place. You throw Elena's skin and clothes underneath a random car nearby. You have no idea why you did this but you feel that there's no point in taking the imposter with you if you can't get her out of Elena's skin. Jumping into the car, you just drive with no clear goal in mind. This car is dangerous, Elena's handlers know about Elena and her life. It's likely they already have a bead on you and it's only a matter of how long it takes until they find her discarded skin in the parking lot and figure out you've taken her car. You need to change vehicles quickly but to do that, you also need to change identities.

Somehow you end up at a rundown motel in town. You're breathing quickly, the panic and adrenaline from shooting Elena haven't yet worn off. As you sit in the car, you observe the people around you and try to find yourself a suitable new disguise. Lucy's body won't serve you any good anymore. Elena will be able to identify you and depending on how deep the organisation's webs run, it's only a matter of time before they match you. It's a cheap motel and the customers are suitably cheap as well. You won't find any 'high quality' disguises here. Discarding your plan to obtain a disguise here, you saunter up to the counter and ask for a room. It's cheap but you only plan to stay the night. Your room is paid for courtesy of the cash you took off Elena before you dumped her.

You throw the bags on the bed and pull out Jessica's deflated form. Your plan is to stay the night and remove Lucy's skin here. Hopefully overnight, a pair of disguises will present themselves, maybe that redneck couple you saw down the hall or maybe even that rich businessman and the prostitute next door. Any of them are choices but the first thing to do is restore Jessica to her original state. You pull out the black pen and zap her flaccid form.

It isn't long before she inflated again and she wakes groggily. She sees herself in a dark motel room and notices the strange chubby blonde above her and starts to panic. With some difficulty, you manage to calm her down but it isn't until you pull off Lucy's head/mask that she finally believes your words. It's a strange surreal experience. You, with your head still halfway out of Lucy's neck, explain the entire situation to Jessica while she explains that the last thing she remembers is going to sleep last night. Evidently, 'Jimmy' replaced her halfway through the night.

To her credit, Jessica takes it quite well and kisses you tenderly on the lips and comments on how brave you are. She agrees to go on the run with you and the two of you plan to take some disguises tonight but leave behind Lucy and her mum's skin in the room. You figure that the organisation will take care of that for you. You go to shower after taking off Lucy's skin and when you emerge, you think you see Jessica using her phone before whipping it away when you return. It's a little suspicious but you warn her about contacting people you know since the organisation could be anywhere. She nods in agreement and then goes to take her shower.

While she's taking her shower, you get curious about what she was doing on her phone. There's a pin lock but you've long figured out its her birthday and when it unlocks, you realise that she sent a text to an unknown number with the exact room number and address of the hotel!! It's impossible... Jessica couldn't still be impersonated by someone unless....

"I know why he wanted to recruit you know. You really are a smart cookie aren't you?" says Jessica mildly with an evil glint in her eyes, pointing the black pen at you from the bathroom door. In her rush to confront you, she only had time to put on a towel.

"You're an imposter aren't you? I'm almost having a hard time believing that she thought that far ahead." You guess that Elena anticipated foresaw that she might be zapped and put agents in Jessica's and Denise's skins in case you escaped and restored them.

Jessica smiles and smirks in a completely un-Jessica manner, her face twisted into a malicious grin. "I was surprised too when he requested I put on this skin just to be zapped but I guess it all paid off in the end. Don't worry, you won't remember a thing."

As she presses the button, you dive for the other pens on the bed. Not caring which one you use, you just press and swing wildly at Jessica. Her beam misses its mark but when yours crosses hers, a large gash appears on her face. She falters in surprise and yelps girlishly. She stumbles back dropping the black pen in the process as her towel falls off. You press again and slice at her naked torso. Another large gash appears and you dash forward and pin her to the ground. Underneath the gash, you see another person's skin!!

You fire the laser beam like pen at her over and over, opening more and more gashes. Jessica begins losing control of her fine motor control as you dig your fingers into the gashes and rip your girlfriend's skin from the imposters body. Underneath is a nondescript young man, who can't be much older than yourself. You have never seen this man in your life. Plastered on his face is that same malicious smile that Jessica had given you before.

"I guess you win," he says as you shoot him with the fallen black pen. He collapses into a heap.

You don't have much time to wait. Your location has been broadcast to the organisation and there can't be much time left. You need to get out of here quickly. Jessica's skin, which you have stripped from the young man, has suffered no lasting damage and you can already see that it's healed itself already and is ready to worn again. While you'd love to escape as a couple, you doubt there's any time to restore her again and explain the situation. All you know is that you can't stay in this motel a moment longer.
