You release the string, the bow wangs with enormous strenght and the arrow is propelled at a huge speed towards that guy they call Pram.

Time for a dexterity check to see whether you actually hit or not. Roll a six sided dice and add a +1 (Your dexterity modifier). If the total result is 4 or higher, you succeed. If it is 3 or lower, you fail.
