Postscript : A Bonus For Kieron !

"Aah, don't be so sad. Why the long face Kieron ? Is she being a bitch again ?" Carol tried to comfort the young post boy as he emerged from Debbi's office, from where her angry raised voice had just been heard. Kieron remained downcast however. "She just got out of bed the wrong side this morning" Carol explained. "She's been like that with everyone, not just you." Carol knew how besotted the boy was with Debbi. Kieron looked surprised and eager. "I've never seen that. What's that ? Where is it ?" The questions poured out of the boy. Carol then realised that Kieron was too junior to have been invited to the awards ceremony or to be on any internal lists. "Well then, that's another little treat you've got coming tonight" Carol laughed. "I've still got your home email, I'll send you a link."
