This building was once used as a base of operation for a devious demonic cult that was trying to dominate the world by transferring their souls to important peoples. They start at their local town, but due to incompetence and lack of integrity between members, they were annihilated by an internal struggle that ends up exposing their devious plan to the public. All the members were killed by the angry mob or so the story goes.

Stand Franuc, knowing this story, still purchases this building. His ambition rein over the building's bad history. His decision led to a strange discovery. He founded the secret chamber where the cult does their soul transference ritual and he also found the complete manual.

He succeeds at mastering the art and comes to the idea of opening a unique club. A club that let any customer get service from anyone they bring over. They only had to bring the person over and the club would make that person service them. Of course, only Stan knows that he utilizes the ritual to make his worker possess the body of the person the client wants.
