Yoshiko's arrogant manner has annoyed me from the beginning. So I take my clipboard and see how I can make her feel better.

"Yoshiko, what's your last name?" I ask her. Through her sobs, I hear her say softly, "Suzuki." Alright, I can start then, I think to myself with a grin on my face.

I tear off the paper. Yoshiko sticks her hand out to me so she can read the sheet. However, I don't give her the leaf. "I'll show you this when we get to your mother's seat. I'm sure she'll be interested in it as well."

Yoshiko just nods and slowly gathers her things. I also get dressed and then watch Yoshiko as she slowly gets dressed.

After another 3 minutes, she finishes dressing. Her face is still full of streaks from her makeup. "If you like, you can wash your face a little more before we go back."

"Th-thank you," she says softly, washing her face briefly. As she reaches into her bag to pull out some makeup I say "so that's enough. We don't have forever, the plane is about to land and I still have to show you and your mom the results."

"I can't do my makeup?" asks Yoshiko again a little more arrogantly. "You'll have time for that at the airport. Come let's go back to your place."

Reluctantly, Yoshiko comes along as I open the door and walk outside into the hallway. Together, we then walk back to her seat where Yoshiko's mother has set aside her laptop.

She already sees us arriving and makes some space for us. "Ah there you are again, how was it?" she asks Yoshiko, who just drops into her seat. "Why aren't you wearing makeup?" she continues to ask, and when Yoshiko doesn't answer she looks to me.

"The second question will be clarified after we talk about the results. I haven't shown Yoshiko the results yet, I wanted to wait for them until we were with you."

I hand the sheet to Yoshiko's mother and see Yoshiko also looking over her shoulder to read with her mother.

Both look at the results in disbelief at first. They say nothing and read through everything until they get to my notes.

"As I've already written, she needs to have her arrogance beaten out of her. You as a mother can make a big contribution there. If Yoshiko makes an arrogant remark at home or even appears to come across as arrogant, she must be punished. In doing so, you have several options, the easiest being to spank her."

She looks at her daughter briefly. "I've never done that with her before, so maybe that was a mistake. Maybe I was too gentle a mother."

Yoshikos is already really crying at this statement, and buries her face in her hands. "I would recommend that you buy a paddle and slap her on the ass a little every time she makes a comment. This might make her feel better. If she misbehaves in any way outside be sure to note it and punish her at home. Likewise, let her friends know to notify you if they notice anything when they're out."

Yoshiko's mother looks at me impressed. "Thanks for the tips, I don't know how to thank you" she says to me smiling. "Don't thank me, this is my job, I like to help" I return and there is an announcement from the captain that the plane will land soon.

I say goodbye to Yoshiko and her mother, Yoshiko's mother looking at her seriously when she doesn't see me off. I think Yoshiko is going to get her ass spanked at home, I think to myself with a grin and sit down in my seat.
