Poor Gabby

Gabby, Lucy, Bri, Gwen and Penny were taking a nice walk on the beach. Gabby saw something in the distance, which caused her to slow down ever so slightly. This tiny moment of hesitation was enough for her to get hit by a blast.

"Like, what just happened?" Gwen turned around and saw Ashley in the distance.

"GET DOWN!" She pulled out her wand and shot a blast into the ground, making a wall of sand come out of the ground and surround everyone but Gabby.

What, I never said the wand only works on people.

Instantly, both Ashley and Gabby knew what was about to happen. With Lucy, Bri and Penny all ducking for cover, Gwen shot a lop shot at Ashley. The taller girl easily avoided the attack, and the ground turned pink. Ashley took a shot at the wall of sand, turning it into bubble.

But this gave Gwen an opening. She sent a magical blast at Ashley that she had no way of avoiding.

Only for Gabby to stand up at that exact moment.

"Meow, not again." Ashley and Gwen both face palmed before going back at it. Ashley shot again, but missed wide. Gwen took this chance to turn the ground Ashley was standing on into glue. Ashley didn't hesitate, and turned herself into a bird for 5 seconds, just enough time to escape the glue. Once she was back, she fired another shot.

She hit someone, just not Gwen.

"Oh come on," complained Gabby in a husky voice. The three other women were just watching in pure confusion as Gwen and Ashley traded shot after shot, but neither of them were coming very close.

"This is Gwen's transformation taking effect, isn't it?" questioned Bri.

"More like a cartoon than an anime, but yes. Poor Gabby though," said Lucy.

Almost as if she spoke it into existence, a stray shot from Gwen hit Gabby once again.

"This is getting ridiculous," said the new schoolgirl. Lucy and her Pikachu, who was nearby locked eyes and nodded.

"CHUUUUUUUU!" they exclaimed, both unleashing their lightning at shocking Ashley and Gwen.

"AHHHHHHH!" called out the two girls before they collapsed to the ground.

"Ceasefire," offered Gwen.

"Good idea," responded Ashley. Gabby looked around in confusion before turning back to normal.

"What just happened?" she asked, double checking to make sure she really was in her actual body.

"I made it so the transformation only lasted a minute," said Gwen.

"No, I mean. What just happened?" asked Gabby, gestering to all the magical residue everywhere.

"I have no idea."
