Pocket a few as evidence

If you just leave them lying around, George or someone else might end up getting rid of them. They're one of your best and only leads so far. They might not be labeled but that does not mean you cannot find out where they came from. You came prepared of course, allowing you to store them in a way that doesn't end with you accidentally injecting yourself with god-knows-what.

You've spent a considerable amount of time here already, and have not come up empty, but it doesn't take long now until you hear the rattling of an aging car engine outside. Whether it is George or not you do not know. From what you remember he is driving an inconspicuous older family friendly model, meaning it kinda just disappears in the mass of traffic on the roads. Someone is definitely coming though and you're not exactly in the best position. You could make a run for it, trying to get out through the backyard before someone comes in through the front. Maybe the window's an option, if you trust your knees and ankles. Alternatively you could hide somewhere in here and wait for the right moment to sneak out when you're not perfectly primed to run headfirst into someone.
