But each you fail you’ll get a piece of the same gear. And if you get enough that you can’t compete, you’ll be a gimp in training for however much time is left. You up for it boy?”

He sticks his hand out. This is such a one sided deal. You don’t know the challenge, how many you’ll need to complete, or what you’ll have to suffer if you lose. Yet... something in you doesn’t care. You shake his hand, to his obvious joy.
