Plans for the future, The pharmacist part one

In the end, Syd decided the best option was to disguise himself as a wandering pharmacist, in this role, he would have to display combat prowess and he could convince the villagers that the dungeon was rich in rare herbs, which was not untrue, that would make them hesitant about asking outside help to deal with it, since it would threaten their new natural resource, he would also have the additional benefit of moving freely between the village and the dungeon without anyone getting suspicious.

Having settled on their course of action Dahlia and Syd proceeded to iron down the details of the plan.

What they came up with looked something like this: Dahlia would leave the village wearing "flower Syd" as an accessory once they were far enough Syd would take a human form and they'd return together claiming they happened onto each other by chance and Syd intrigued by the rare flower in Dahlia's possession decided to stay in the village to further study the plants in the dungeon, Dahlia would, of course, offer to let him stay in her house in exchange for his various medicine which she would later try to promote to the villagers.
