Erin rushed out of the building got into her car and drove straight to her apartment complex. She felt conflicted for the entire drive, 'Am I being ridiculous about this? "Sorry to interrupt your listening, we have an emergency update for everyone. This is another reminder that, effective immediately, the city is on military lock down. A perimeter has been established and the airport has grounded all flights. Based on statements from local police, this is in response to a biological agent that has been released. If you listen to our station you might have heard our previous reports about Lotion X. Initially it was classified as a schedule 2 ****. That classification has been proven to be insufficient. It is now considered a biological agent that is indeed infectious. Those that were exposed undergo intense transformations that could render our population completely infertile, reports say. We advise that everyone wear masks and practice social distancing to reduce the risk of accidental exposure. Signs that an individual has been exposed are as follows. For men, their features shift to be distinctly feminine. They grow breasts that are unnaturally large and they experience swelling of the genitalia. Women experience slight height growth, slight growth of the breasts and they also experience swelling of the genitalia. The message left Erin in shock as she sat at a traffic light. 'Seriously? This is real? If that's the case, Mrs. Johnson was.... Fuck, does that mean I've been exposed? What does this mean?', she thought.

It was only when she neared her apartment did she see military vehicles that were coordinating traffic. They had set up elaborate checkpoints and stopped every car, including hers. The soldier the knocked on the window was dressed in a hazmat suit which only made her anxiety worse than it already was. The army officer asked a her a few question before he let her on her way. At least that was something she could be grateful for.

Once she got home, she rushed over to her couch and pulled out her school laptop. She logged into school systems with her information and searched for the sorority student that had visited her. 'Betty Harkins, Kappa Delta.' She had found it. Once she got the number from the directory, she texted her immediately.

'Betty, this is Erin from the Sorority and Fraternity office. I was the secretary you spoke with. I need to speak with you.', She sent via text. She waited with baited breath and placed her phone next to her. A few minutes later it buzzed.

'Erin, I don't want to text about this. My roommate is here, can we talk about this later tonight on a phone call?', Betty replied.

'Yes. Just let me know when you're free.', Erin replied.
