Plan for the festival (& quick recap bios).

After you finish your lovely day with Nyllia, the two of you Bunny Hop back home once again. With only a few days remaining, do you such romantic escapades? Not quite in the same manner. You do spend time with those at Castle Phoenix, but for the time being, there aren't any more particularly noteworthy outings. You enjoy nice meals alongside a cycling collection of fantasy races and monster girls, most of which you feel incredibly close. There are a few you've yet to get close to, such as the woman of ice, or perhaps the return of a little alchemist, and some you haven't spent an intimate time with in awhile, including a certain double-bodied canine, though with the mysterious Sports Festival coming soon, it's time to decide a plan of action.

Not everyone can come. It's too dangerous. If something were to happen to Castle Phoenix and it were entirely empty, that would be rather embarrassingly tragic.

You call for a grand meeting--so many individuals present that it goes beyond the room in the back. You stand proudly in front of your throne as all residents gather in the Great Hall, having moves all tables to the walls beforehand. While they act far from proper, you can't help but feel mighty leading such an army that has at least all granted you their attention, even if they occasionally murmur to one another, giggle, or loom in the back against a column as Linzeri is doing. This is a land of freedom after all--a place for outcasts who care for one another, not a totalitarian regime. Their eyes are on you.

Niki. Eva. Amara. Nyllia. Yin. Peony (able to stand inside thanks to your armour), Snow, Alice, Delphi, Vivi, Luna, Laira, Jelly, Dajy, the harem of succubi (Klava, Raleza, Brizi, and Vodrani), Tom, Bek, the crew of Nyllia (Bill & Phil and Zazra), Summer, Taiga, Stax, Koblix, Mipa, Lynx, the harpies (Chini, Chula, Chila, and now Patricia), Sen-nu, Mela (in her brand new body), Fava (also in an artificial body), Linzeri, Fang, Rabbit's Foot (in-costume for whatever reason), Catherine (the vampire), Mina, Shivra, Dix, and Rose (who hasn't left quite yet).

Whether they were always here, or they were off doing various quests on their own, tasks for Castle Phoenix, somewhere else entirely, or whatever, everyone has been called together now. Over forty people are currently within the dark, towering walls, including yourself. You look down at a clipboard holding parchment paper filled by Yin that serves as a helpful list. As your eyes look over each name, you think briefly about each individual.

It's been awhile, and while there's a World-Anvil-type-wiki, I'm really bad at updating it, so here we go, everyone. It's time for a quick recap of all the aforementioned characters! It's going to be really simple this time instead of multiple paragraphs per character. Hopefully this helps well enough!

Niki
The first girl I ever met here in this weird world of Absoterra. She's a sunheart, so she's got dark skin and hair as well as red eyes. Loud and brash, though I can always count on her to protect us, especially with the markings she carries on her bust that causes her strength and durability to surpass the already high limitations people can have in this world. Also, she's got a mighty chest, and boy do those marks make them sensitive. Pair that with her love of being tickled, and... well, her superstrength doesn't do much at that point.
Eva
A cute bunny girl, or rather a bunnyfolk, who specializes in magic. She can be immature, emotional, and inappropriately perverted through her little lust for exhibitionism, though despite that, she's an adorable little scholar with a not-so-little chest who just wants a place to fit in and no longer feel like an outcast.
Amara
As an elf, she has a divine sort of beauty, and she's talented healer as well. Though her magic has an interesting effect that she definitely enjoys despite her innocent exterior, she's a sweet and caring young woman. She loves love, as evident by the choker she wears now, which somehow she pulls off without looking like a pet. Instead, it's like a wedding ring in a way. Does that make sense?
Nyllia
Most people know her as a righteous crusading elven adventurer who has completed many difficult quests, and while that's true, most don't know of her playful side. All and all, she's very confident, knows what she wants, and has the power to backup her reputation. That confidence can be pretty intimidating, but it's also really nice to spend time with someone so emotionally mature.
Nyllia's Crew
Both Bill & Phil seem to be capable warriors, and the massive oni Zazra I imagine is quite strong as well, though I haven't seen her that much. Nyllia has travelled with a lot of different people before, but apparently this party she's stuck with for the longest.
Yin
A submissive, devil maid who loves to serve, though not just anyone. Despite having a poor experience previously in her career, it didn't turn her off from what she loves to do. Now she happily takes care of Castle Phoenix for me, and in return, all she wants is affection. That and a certain other kind of attention that likely involves being bent over any piece of furniture in the house by her master... which is me. Is it getting hot over here?
Peony
As a dryad, she's a being of pure nature, to the point where she looks as if she's made of tree-stuff. She has no naughty bits, which means she proudly walks around naked without being naked in a way, though that doesn't mean she can't dish out pleasure. She's incredibly fond of me, maybe because of stuff I've done, or because I gave her a name which apparently is a sort of marriage in a way when it comes to dryad culture.
Snow
A sneaky kitty. She loves to watch, which now I'm wondering if that's the reason she got into the trade of ninja-ing. Anyway, she's a very loyal, dutiful girl as well as a cute catfolk with white hair to match her name. Out of anyone here, she's the best with a bow, though she's also great with small blades.
Alice
You don't expect to run into an android in a fantasy world, but here we are. Golem is probably the better word then. Although she's basically a magic robot, she is fully sentient with emotions and everything, though the weirdest thing about her is probably that she comes apart like a doll, and somehow she can still feel and move each part. Elok Daven made her as well as others like her, though I'm not sure if they can experience the same level of self-awareness. I hope she's going to be okay when we keep running into them.
Delphi
This naughty little pixie we first found being a real dom for another pixie girl, and since then, she's been one of the most likely people here to speak her mind about stuff, especially pertaining to matters of the erotic. She likes messing with people, just like any pixie, and isn't afraid to push the other girls out of their shells. It's sweet in a weird way. Also, her new ability that shrunk me is interesting.
Vivi
This human girl, if that is what she is, sure is mysterious. I have no idea how old she truly is, and she's already been tied to two of our antagonists, one being that spirit at the beach, and the other scheming alongside Elok Daven. They're a family I feel must be important, though Vivi dodges any questions. She's a powerful mage. That's about all I know other than the fact that this busty little witch doesn't mind it rough, though that's not very helpful information... Well, it's a little helpful.
Luna
Insectrin are so interesting, whether it's their diversity, how they all appear, or that they were all spawned from a single Demon King somehow. She's a bombyx one, meaning she's a moth girl. Though she leaves this light power around, she's an incredibly graceful, beautiful woman with incredibly talent in sewing. She and her kin also have very sensitive bodies, meaning the Demon King must have either used them for labour or ranged support.
Laira
Perhaps the most human girl here? She reminds me of a county gal with her ginger hair and tomboyish attitude of not caring if she's messy, always working, and not noticing just how smoking how she looks while she's out at the forge, though I feel like the latter could be attributed to the weirdness of Abso, or the empire nearby. Anyway, she's an amazing smith, that's for sure.
Jelly
I need to learn more about her still. There's just a lot going on. This slime apparently mutated into a sentient, more humanoid being, which happens on occasion when exposed to a lot of magical energy. Something like that. She acts oblivious to most things as if she's learning as she goes, so I try not to push anything weird, though she tends to have an opposite agenda. It's not strange to let he do what she wants, right?
Dajy
To have a succubus among one's ranks is great, but a high succubus with an entire harem of her own is a whole other level. She's definitely one of the strongest here, though I guess that depends on a lot of things. What's to say? She's an imposing, beautiful demoness with a sultry body and voice. Any ordinary mortal, man or woman, would melt in her hands, and I'm always thankful she's on our side, even if she still somewhat does what she wants, and she can be rather... dangerous.
Dajy's Harem
Klava is the red-haired one who can distort mana using her tongue. Raleza is the purple-haired one who loves being denied. Brizi is the blond-haired one who loves denying people. Vodrani is the white-haired one who seems to basically be the warrior of the group.
Tom
Thomas is a pretty down-to-earth kinda guy who can use a bow or sword, though mostly the former, who does tend to crumble under the weight of so many beautiful women around, which might make him look a little weak, but I can't exactly blame him. It's pretty understandable to be honest. It's not like he's a creep. Though, he could definitely work to be a stronger guy, and I don't just mean physically.
Bek
Haha funny dwarf like fighting and swing axe. Okay but he's actually pretty cool. He helped me make a stink at that noble's ball way back, and his mind is always just on kicking some ass, which I have to respect.
Summer
This insectrin is of the bombus variety, meaning she's a cute bee girl who loves cooking, and loves honey a little too much. She's a bubbly, warm girl who just wants to make people delicious food.
Taiga
Almost like the opposite of Summer, this colder bee girl desires only to serve as a loyal soldier. Does that mean she's more like a wasp? Maybe not. Wasps are pretty evil.
Stax
If goblin girls exist in a world, at least one has to be a shortstack. Her tits are big for her body and her hips are curvy, and of course she's fully aware of this, showing off her goods as she walks around with a coy grin. She's like a pirate captain to her crew of other monsters, and though she was a thief before, she's been a great treasurer here.
Koblix
This is the first goblin I met way back. He's a pretty nice guy, and rather normal despite being a monster. Apparently most goblins are just naturally evil monsters, though some are born different, or become purified.
Mipa
She's kinda like the Niki of Stax's group of monsters, though a lot more of a little barbarian who serves as the aforementioned goblin's right-hand-woman.
Lynx
A sunheart who got her hands on a bunch of interesting reading material from Earth, and now she's a little obsessed with Japanese literature. She's also a great spy as well as a master of other spies, which is why I assigned her the role she has. Despite her short stature, she's a skilled combatant, especially with her two markings, just like Niki. She can both fire a beam of energy as well as project a shield of energy. Also, she still has a series of code words implanted into her mind known only to me. I think she likes it that way.
Harpies
Who the hell named these girls? They're great people, but I keep getting them confused. So Chini was the odd-one-out with pink hair who was a bit of an airhead. Chula has black hair and serves as their big sis. Chila appears kinda similar to her, but smaller, and acts more like a quiet little sister to the other. The newest one is Patricia who has long red hair, who was that human girl who willingly gave herself to the harpies and was transformed.
Sen-nu
Anubians may have two bodies, but they are still one being. To them it's like having extra appendages. She's one of the monster girls that came with the others, but we rescued her from that haunted house.
Mela
Not only an elven ghost, but a powerful banshee with a scream that can overwhelm most if heard. She's an intelligent scholar, especially when it comes to various living creatures, though she was pretty sad to not have a body. Thankfully now she can possess one similar to Alice whenever she wants. It even looks just like how she looked in life, despite the woody texture of her skin.
Fava
Another mischievous pixie lives among us now, though this one is a brilliant artificer who not only had a whole dungeon of strange creations for us to get through, but is the one who made the body Mela can now possess and use as her own. So she has a good heart, though I'm a little worried what kinda stuff she's gonna do here whenever she gets bored. I guess that's why we have Delphi, though god help us if they work together.
Linzeri
A sixth succubus, though she's different than the rest. She isn't part of Dajy's harem and has no desire to be. One could say she's the brooding, lone-wolf kinda girl, but that's not really true. She's still a seductive, sultry woman who knows she can get anything she wants from those who succumb to her sensual touch. She just prefers to follow her own path. I think she's been a recluse only out of having to be alone as a wandering demon. Now apparently a bunch of kobolds outside follow her as a queen? Okie-dokie.
Fang
A lot of the girls here are varying levels of uh... sexuality flexible? Some are more willing than others to get with other girls, though Fang absolutely drools over all the beauties here. There are definitely those who only prefer the same sex in this world, just none have come to live here, as Fang is willing to be with a guy, and she especially likes me as basically the "bringer of the girls" for her to ogle. Oh yeah, and she's a vigilante. That's sort of her thing.
Rabbit's Foot
Lalarin is a noble girl who fled from that life, though in a more dramatic way than Eva. She donned spandex and became a rather well-known heroine, even if her strange superpower causes occasional embarrassment. After an accident, she gained an ability pertaining to luck. Certain things that would cause her harm will fail to do so, though that luck tends to lash back in other ways, like her costume tearing apart. An incredible monk though.
Catherine
The ancestor of the currently ill Queen Catherine II, though the royal title I suppose isn't the case right now. Not only is Cat a vampire, but a high vampire, much like Dajy is relative to the succubi, so she's a mighty **** to be reckoned with. Surely she's one of the strongest here as long as you don't exploit one of her weaknesses such as sensitivity to sunlight. While she began as an evil villainess, Dajy took her home as a pet, and whether it was seeing a whole new world, or something Dajy said to her in private, but she's changed a lot. I don't really sense any kind of dark plots from her anymore. She seems to genuinely want her descendent to be saved. That being said, she's definitely still a shadowy recluse and much more than Linzeri. I don't know if she even really talks to the others here yet.
Mina
Squeakins are little mouse people. Clad in goggles, this artificer is possibly as skilled as Fava, though it's hard to tell, as they have designed different things. She also serves under Rose in the underground crime syndicate Shadow Garden, which is telling of their true nature, given Mina is so sweet. They're certainly not evil, just outcasts, similar to me and those who live here.
Shivra
I don't know much about her other than that she's an ice demon. Yin may be warm to the touch, but Shivra actually burns from how cold her body is, so nobody can touch her, which is why she likes to tease. She probably gets off seducing somebody into grabbing her body only to watch them recoil.
Dix
This gnome girl was making potions the elderly woman Bibi would drink to appear young, which she does still apparently do from here, though now she serves as our alchemist which is pretty helpful.
Rose
The leader of Shadow Garden. She's a lovely, badass redhead who I don't think actually lives here now, but she hasn't left yet, probably because she wants to see what happens. There might be a time where both her and Mina leave, even if it's temporary, though she wouldn't be far away, especially with my Bunny Hop.

"The giant asshole Elok Daven," you say, choosing such colourful words to begin your speech, "Since he's the one behind this so-called Sports Festival, it could be literally anything. The strangest part is that it's public. Sure, only he calls himself Demon King, not the people, but if me and other Demon Kings will be in one place--"

Niki raises her hand, but immediately speaks anyway. "Maybe it's a trap for them all?"

"I thought about that, but I doubt it. What trap could possibly defeat multiple beings who have been dubbed Demon King as well as their top lieutenants, right? There's no way. This can't be a threat to us. He's definitely up to something else. My point is that we need to be prepared for anything, and we do need to leave some people behind. On one hand, if he did somehow capture Castle Phoenix, yeah we could possibly just take it back, but with this as our home, and the queen still here sick, we need to make sure we have forces."

As you take a breath to continue, a voice speaks up from the back. Despite it not being a shout, the voice is powerful on its own--one belonging to the vampire Cat. "I'll stay behind," she says with her hand up. "This event is happening during the day. I don't need to explain myself more."

"Hey. Uh, Kyle? I mean, Demon King. I'll stay too," Tom speaks up next. "And I'll guard these walls with my life."

"Two already. I was going to start some discussion and choose, but that helps a lot," you say. "Those who consider themselves warriors, and I don't just mean the class, should make up the bulk of who stays I imagine. Mipa, Taiga, Bek?"

"Let me come with ya!" the dwarf responds with a yell. "If some crazy shit goes down, I need to be there. You understand, right?"

Mipa nods. She looks up to Taiga who isn't far from her, and the two exchange unspoken words.

"Sure sure. So, Cat, Tom, Mipa, Taiga..."

This continues for some time as you all come to a decision. Some stay back, whether to tend to the queen, guard the land, or because they aren't the type to travel to such an event. Eventually, it comes to this:

Catherine, Thomas, Mipa, Taiga, Dix, Shivra, the harem of Dajy, Fava, Mela, Koblix, Summer, the crew of Nyllia, Jelly, and the harpies.

Niki, Eva, Amara, Nyllia, Yin, Peony, Snow, Alice, Delphi, Vivi, Luna, Laira, Dajy, Bek, Stax, Lynx, Sen-nu, Linzeri, Fang, Lalarin, Mina, Rose.

Whether or not all twenty-two bodies coming with you will actually take part in this "event" is to be seen. Some may just wish to observe. Still, those are who everyone chose to travel alongside you to the Sports Festival, while a similar amount of people will remain here. You feel confident that any attack made so quickly will fail miserably against this defense, and you leave behind your Arcane Eye so that you can check up on occasion. Though it looks a little strange, Alice also leaves behind her left ear so that any message needing to be sent can be done so instantly.

Only a couple days left and it's time to begin.
