What does the mysterious young woman say to the freaked out naked Pia? Is she some sort of time traveler/inter-dimensional visitor/jungle warrior who has come to protect Pia & if so why? Or is she just an oddly dressed stranger who has no idea who Pia is?

Pia’s Island Adventure Part 4

In a voice that sounds strange to the freaked out naked dripping wet Pia though she can't quite figure out why the stranger’s voice sounds off-putting to her :

I have come from another world specifically to collect you.

Gasping upon hearing the strangely dressed young woman say that she has come from another world to collect her Pia can't help but feel more confused, embarrassed and quite frankly scared than she already did and desperately tries to decide what to do next.
