Pheobe was the next of the Halliwell sisters to arrive. When she saw Res, she was understandably surprised.
"Who are-" she asked, before Res put her in trance.
What does he do with her?
An overseer of the various realms of the multiverse decides to use his powers of hypnotism on a world of the multiverse. Or he could pull women from the multiverse to serve him in his realm.
