Multiversal Hypnotist

There are deities known as Overseers who watch ovdr thd multiverse of TV, video games, and real life. Their main job is to make sure that these three worlds do not intersect in ways they aren't supposed to. For example, the real world can watch TV programs and play video games, but a character from those media forms can't end up in the real world. So we think stuff like Naruto or Buffy the Vampire Slayer is fiction, when in reality those worlds are just as real as ours, but they are kept out of our worlds thanks to the Overseers. If anyone from any world was to cross the threshold (like a Naruto character ending up in the Buffyverse), it would cause a multiversal collapse and eventually, the end of all worlds.

However, one Overseer named Res is bored of simply keeping the multiverse in check. He knew that every universe had a gaggle of sexy women, and he wanted them.

He had the ability to drop people into trances, and as an Overseer could make any changes to the multiverse he did permanent. Why not use those powers to fuck any woman in the multiverse he wanted?
