Peter tries

Peter had just finished a conversation with Kurt Johnson about the Silver Lake area and its best hiking spots when he noticed Hannah slipping to the kitchen, alone. He excused himself and went after the blonde.

“Hey!” He said, once he got there and saw Hannah rummaging through the cupboards.

“Hey, yourself!” Hannah replied, briefly turning back to greet him with a little smile.

“What are you looking for?” He asked, sidling up to her. “Can I help?”

“Sure, I guess,” Hannah said while looking inside one of the cupboards. “Taylor and Heather had a great idea, we’re gonna have a BBQ tomorrow.”

Peter nodded. “Awesome, I assume you’re checking on our supplies?”

“Yeah, we’ve got to check if we have everything we need amongst both cabins,” Hannah explained with a smile. “Otherwise, someone will have to go back to town and get whatever it’s missing.”

“Uhn, I don’t suppose you’d want…”

“Hey, Hannah!” Taylor interrupted his speech. “Do we have everything?”

The blonde turned to her friend with a grin. “I guess so,” She replied. “They’ll to check on their place, though.”

“Great, let’s tell Heather.” The brunette said as Hannah followed her out of the kitchen.

Peter leaned over the counter and sighed in frustration. He was never going to get Hannah back if there were interruptions every time he went to talk to her.
