Since the scene must have been recorded well in advance, before tipping was introduced, the writers obviously prepared the storyline in anticipation of the rules being implemented. Shockingly for a programme on mainstream television, the superintendent says that disciplining her has aroused him and he's going to relieve the tension by fucking her in the arse.
