Peek Performance

Morning dawned in the Emma House, where the three celebrity contestants lived together for the duration of the show, and the ever-present cameras caught the three of them coming into the kitchen for breakfast. Across from the open-plan kitchen diner stood three tall objects, covered by sheets.

"Hello, what are these?" Emma Watson was first into the room, the British beauty wearing a simple white nightgown, she grabbed a croissant from the kitchen table and walked over to the objects.

"New challenge today." Emma Stone said, the redheaded actress held a cup of coffee as she stood and surveyed the objects. She was wearing a set of black silk pyjamas, with 'winner' stitched across the back in pink lettering, as she had won the last challenge.

"Today's my day, you’ll see." Emma Roberts was last to arrive. The loser of the previous challege, as was easy to see by her being stark naked, as well as having the word 'loser' written in big black letters across her forehead, and her buttocks. She had remained like this since last week's failed task, having the ink reapplied each morning.

Watson plucked an envelope from the middle object, pulled out a letter, and started to read.

"Good morning, Emmas. In front of you are three dresses, please choose one and stand in front of it before removing the sheets."

Each girl stood in front of an object, then pulled the sheet off, to reveal a mannequin wearing a dress under each.

"Finally, I can wear clothes again!" Roberts sighed. Watson continued reading,

"Your task is to perform an impromptu concert, wearing your chosen dress, singing for as big an audience as you can muster by midnight tonight. Largest in-person audience wins," she looked up at her fellow competitors and added, "So we can't just stream online," then she turned back to the letter and kept reading, "Each dress is sewn with a different thread. One is a wax thread which dissolves when exposed to heat, the second is water-soluble, and the third is an extremely weakened regular thread. You may not test the dresses in advance to find out which you have. Underwear is, of course, banned in the task. Good luck."
