Paula freaks out when she sees her changes, but she's still lazy.

"Wuh? Jed, why are you home? Did I sleep that late? And why is that skank Dominique here?" Paula asked the series of questions while rising up from her place of napping, finding the task both more arduous than normal and more irritating, like the effort was a waste of her time. Both Jed and Dominique were staring at her, and Paula wasn't sure why, not until she looked down and saw what had become of her figure. Suddenly very awake and very freaked out, Paula shouted, "What the hell happened?"

Looking very concerned, Jed put his hands on her shoulders. "Calm down, Paula, things are going to be okay." Holding up his own silver coin, he continued, "Our coins, they're causing things to change. Dominique used to be a guy named Dominic, but only she and I remember that, apparently. We need to go back to that store we got these from and see if we can reverse both of your changes."

To her own surprise, Paula found herself shaking her head, suddenly completely out of energy. Casually scratching her soft belly, Paula told Jed, "I don't want to do that, though. Do we have to change back? It sounds like so much work. Why don't we just put the coins away and deal with our changes?" Paula was internally struggling, even while she was talking. After all, she didn't like what had happened to her body, and she wanted to change back! But at the same time, what Jed was proposing was exhausting her just with the idea of it. She didn't want to leave the apartment at all.
