What do you want to look at?
Patricia Nidal and the election
Patricia Nidal is a well-known local politician. She is 46, not bad looking and has a black and a white parent. A child from an interracial marriage. Mrs. Nidal took part in the last election to mayor, but lost very sharp against current Mayor Quincy Hull. Unlike Mayor Hull, who is an extremely conservative, greedy and intolerant politician, Mrs. Nidal is a very liberal, partly radical reformer, who wants to enforce change even at cost of her own supporters.
People in Sunset Hills are not very happy about the upcoming election. For most of the people, none of the candidates are a good choice. A corrupt, conservative pervert against a radical, unmorally liberal. Most old and rich people support Hull, poor people and young activists support Nidal. And both are ready to use sleazy methods and hypocritical promises.
Well you are allowed to vote too. And you very sceptic about on which name you want to put your cross. Is forced change really better than stagnation? Perhaps it is time for the cards to be reshuffled, even if the future is uncertain. Maybe its all just election campaign talk and, in the end, not much will change. Time will tell.
