Party planning and business

Technically his parents never told him he couldn’t throw a party, they just never expected him to do so. Considering how last minute it was, it would be a fairly small one, mainly consisting of some neighbors and former classmates (including those from Katie’s running team). Since their dolls couldn’t be seen, Mark and Katie hid them, in 3 places, his room, his parents room or in the studio (Ashley's room).

They decided to move their favorites into the master bedroom for later. Tracy and Haley were stripped naked and placed in the bed, they were be bed buddies that night. Mark's room continued to be the MILF room was the addition of Mitch now. He was moved out of the man cave just in case someone wanted to see it. Mark thought there could be some money made with the two redheads.

They needed to grocery shop in the first place. Mark's parent had told him this before they left and he forgot until he looked in the fridge and saw nothing. So they had to grocery shop for their normal food plus for party stuff. The whole ordeal took longer than they thought as neither Mark and Katie really knew how to shop. They had to get **** for the party so they could do what they wanted to do with their guests later. Problem was that since Mark and Katie were both 18 they could not buy the ****. This problem was solved with Mark stopping time. It however led to them getting distracted. Patrons at the grocery store mysteriously ended up loosing their clothes. Somehow though, they got everything ready by 5 PM.

“It’s rather boring not having any dolls around”, Mark sighed.

“Well that’s all about to change isn’t it”, Katie said trying to put a positive spin on things. "The dolls are right upstairs...we'll have fun tonight..." she added wagging her eyebrows.

“I know, it just to know where they are, and be denied use of them.”

"Well they're all people from school or the neighborhood so we can't leave them out," Katie pointed out.

"True...hopefully this party will be fun," Mark said.

"Oh, I'm sure it will, we just have to get people to get tipsy at the very least before you stop time to have some fun," Katie explained.

"So we just blame it on the liquor later when we start things back up?" Mark confirmed.

Katie smiled while she hugged Mark, "Exactly, it's gonna fun plus we'll even have more fun after the party too..." Mark smiled. This seemed to satisfy him.

It was then that the doorbell rang. Their first guest had arrived.

“Here we go”, Mark said as he headed to the door.

"I'm here!" Natalie announced when Mark opened the door. The woman's dark hair was still tied back in a ponytail while now she was dressed in a flannel shirt that clung to the shape of her breasts and a pair of worn jeans that hugged her shapely thighs. Her worn out sneakers she had on earlier completed her look. She held her tablet under a super market bought pie. "I got some dessert," she added raising the pie.

"Cool, thanks, come in," Mark gestured and stepped aside.

He lead Natalie to dining room where Katie had set out plates for four. "Oh who else is coming?" Natalie asked as she set her pie down.

"Oh, I also invited Mrs. Wang from next door, I figure you can pitch your uncle's services to her as well," Mark said.

"Oh cool! Thanks a lot. I haven't gotten a chance to talk to Mary yet. She was teaching a piano lesson earlier and before that she had to take her husband and daughter to the airport," Natalie said as she took a seat at the table.

"To the airport?" Katie asked as she placed some cups and flatware down.

"Yeah, I think they're out of town to visit some relatives or something but Mary is booked with lessons being summer and all," Natalie replied as she played with her tablet.

Just then there was knock at the door. "Speak of the devil," Mark smiled before excusing himself. As he left the dinning room Katie and Natalie continued to make some small talk.

Mary Wang held a freshly prepared salad bowl in her hands when Mark opened the front door. Mary was a small slender woman was pixie-cut hair. She looked younger than her age of being nearly fifty. She use to teach Mark and Ashley Piano lessons and still taught Regina occasionally. Mark use to have a crush on her and still thought she looked attractive. She was dressed in short-sleeve top and khaki slacks while she walked on flats. Mary smiled at Mark and greeted, "Hello Mark, thanks for having me over, I brought a salad," she added holding up the bowl.

"Thanks, Mrs. Wang, Natalie got pie so I think we're all covered," Mark said as he stepped aside and let his old piano teacher in.

"What's for dinner?" Mary asked as she followed Mark to the dinning room.

"We got from meat loaf, mash and steamed broccoli," Mark replied leaving out that he and Katie had bought it pre-made.

"Sounds lovely," Mary said as they entered the dinning room. "Oh hello, Natalie I understand you have some business you want discuss too?"

"Let's get dinner started and we can all talk," Katie said before Natalie could start her pitch. She had almost started to pitch to Katie earlier.

"That sounds like a plan," Natalie nodded.

"We have a little get together with friends after...you two are welcome to join us..." Mark added.

Natalie and Mary looked at one another and laughed. "That's nice of you Mark, but I should not be hanging out with your friends. I'm and a old lady!" Mary laughed. "I think I'll have my dinner and discuss what Natalie wants to talk about before taking my leave," Mary said taking a seat.

"I'm not that far from Mary in age...hanging out with eighteen year old is the last thing I want to do...thank you though. I think I'll just enjoy this dinner and I'll leave with Mary after. You guys have fun though!" Natalie remarked.
